Summer D-League 7-9th
🏀 July 2026 Boys Development League (7th–9th Grade)
Develop. Compete. Elevate.
Elite Arkansas Training’s Summer Development League (D-League) is designed specifically for 7th–9th grade boys who are serious about improving their game before the school season begins.
This league combines high-level skill development, structured practices, and competitive games to help athletes sharpen their fundamentals, improve basketball IQ, and build the confidence needed to perform when the season starts.
Every week, players will train with experienced coaches before applying those skills in live game situations that reinforce smart decision-making, teamwork, and competitive play.
🔥 Development Focus
Throughout the league, athletes will work on:
Advanced ball handling and ball security
Shooting mechanics and shot creation
Finishing through contact
Offensive spacing and off-ball movement
Basketball IQ and decision-making
Defensive positioning and communication
Leadership, toughness, and confidence
🏀 Game Format That Reinforces Learning
Every game is structured to maximize development—not just competition.
1st Half
No dribbling past half court to emphasize spacing, passing, communication, and team offense.
2nd Half
Limited dribbles to encourage efficient ball handling, quick decisions, and execution.
Final 10 Minutes
Live basketball with minimal restrictions, allowing players to apply everything they’ve developed in game situations.
