Elite Arkansas Training has officially teamed up with the NEA Fieldhouse to bring athletes a high-level, 3-week Speed & Agility Camp built for athletes who are serious about getting better.

This camp is designed to help athletes become more explosive, faster, stronger, and more athletic in every aspect of their game. Whether you’re looking to improve your first step, increase your vertical, gain power, or become more confident in your movement — this camp is built to produce RESULTS.

Each session will feature hands-on training utilizing:

🔥 Plyo boxes
🔥 Power bands
🔥 Strength training
🔥 Explosive movement drills

Led by Coach Javi and Coach Jay, athletes will receive detailed instruction, motivation, and hands-on coaching throughout every session. This is not a “show up and stand around” camp — this is for athletes ready to WORK.
