Info Showcase

We’re just a few days away from the Preseason Showcase! This is our fifth year hosting the event, and it will be our largest showcase yet. Because of the number of participants, we’ve made a few adjustments that we believe will create a better experience for everyone.

SCHEDULE AND ROSTER ADJUSTMENTS

We will do everything possible to follow the posted schedule and team rosters. However, with nearly 50 players participating, unexpected situations may require small adjustments. For example, a player may become sick, a roster may need to be balanced, or an overtime game could cause the next game to begin a few minutes late. If anything like this occurs, we appreciate your patience and understanding as our staff makes the necessary adjustments to keep the event running smoothly and provide the best possible experience for everyone.

PLAYER SAFETY

Officials will be assigned to both courts to keep the games organized and under control. We want the showcase to be competitive and fun, but player safety will always come first.

We will speak with all players before the games about avoiding unnecessary contact. When a player has an open fast-break opportunity for a dunk, we ask defenders not to run underneath the player or make a dangerous attempt to block the shot. Our goal is for everyone to showcase their talent, enjoy the event, and leave healthy and ready to compete for their school teams.

MEDIA COVERAGE

We will have plenty of media coverage throughout the showcase. Photos, videos, and other content from the event will begin being shared the following day.

With nearly 50 players representing Northeast and Central Arkansas, Sunday is shaping up to be an exciting day of basketball at Elite Arkansas Training. We look forward to seeing everyone and believe this will be our best Preseason Showcase yet!
