Starting Thursday, November 12th, volleyball training at Elite Arkansas Training is moving from Monday nights to THURSDAY NIGHTS!

Join Coach Sydney every Thursday from 6:00 – 7:00 PM as we introduce a new training format designed to give every athlete the attention, instruction, and reps they deserve!

🏐 NEW THURSDAY TRAINING SCHEDULE:

💕 1st & 3rd Thursdays: 3rd–5th Grade Girls

💕 2nd & 4th Thursdays: 2nd–4th Grade Girls

⏰ Time: 6:00 – 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Elite Arkansas Training

WHY THE CHANGE? 💪

We believe every athlete deserves training that matches their age and skill level! By splitting our groups, Coach Sydney can focus on the fundamentals, development, and individual needs of each athlete without anyone getting left behind or held back.

We're excited about this new format and can't wait to see these girls continue to grow their skills, confidence, and love for volleyball!

• Dec 3rd: 5th - 7th Grade Girls

• Dec 24th: Closed

• Dec 31st: Both Age Groups
